We have a variety of products to help estate planning professionals. These include, but are not limited to, Legal Document Forms, Seminar Marketing Packages, Marketing & Sales Tools, and Practice-Building Tools. Visit our Products page for more information on the various products we have available.
Q: Who are your products for?
It depends on the product, but a number of our products were created and authored by our President, estate planning attorney Philip Kavesh. Mr. Kavesh developed these products for use in his law firm, therefore most of them are for and/or are from the perspective of an estate planning attorney. We do carry a number of other products created by or co-created with other affiliates that are also for other estate planners, including CPAs, financial advisors, life insurance agents, and even support staff.
Q: How do I purchase a product?
You can purchase all of our products online by clicking the “Add to Cart” button. All of our online transactions are safe and secure. You can also place your order by phone by calling our office Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm Pacific Time.
Q: Can I view a product before I purchase it?
Absolutely! We are in the process of developing some online demonstration videos and FAQs for each product. However, in the meantime, you can call our office at 1-866-754-6477 to schedule an online demonstration for any of our products with a Product Specialist. This allows you the opportunity to see what you’re purchasing in advance, get any questions you may have answered, and make an educated decision before you decide to purchase.
Q: How are products delivered?
It depends on what you ordered. If your product is supposed to be delivered digitally (via online download), you will receive a notice following your purchase about how to download your product. If you are supposed to be shipped your product, product orders are typically processed within 24 hours and ship within 5 to 7 business days via USPS 2-Day Priority Mail. Any Premium Teleconference orders will be sent within 3 to 5 business days following the teleconference broadcast. If you would like to be sent your product sooner, contact us at 1-866-754-6477 or by e-mail at orders@ultimateestateplanner.com and we can discuss options for quicker shipment.
Q: I’d like to receive my product right away. Is there a way to rush shipping?
Yes. Some of the products can be sent to you digitally. If it cannot be sent digitally, provided that you place your order before 12pm Pacific Time, we can provide you options for overnight delivery for an additional charge. Any orders placed after 12pm Pacific Time may not be delivered the next day and all orders are subject to availability and inventory. Please call us at 1-866-754-6477 to discuss your shipping needs.
Q: Do you guys provide me updates to your products?
It depends on the product, but most of our products do not come with ongoing automatic updates in the future. Prior purchasers will be given the opportunity to purchase any updated versions of the products they purchased, should they become available. Also, depending on the timing of the order and the availability of a product update, purchasers may be given a complimentary product update.
Q: What if I have questions on implementation of your product?
We are here to help! Our main goal at The Ultimate Estate Planner, Inc. is to have our customers be as successful in their own practice, if not more, than we are with our products. Q: Are there certain limitations or ways to use your products?
Yes. There are certain limitations and requirements for when using our products. To review our Terms of Use, click here. All purchasers acknowledge that they have read and agree to these terms upon purchase of our products and services.
Q: What is your refund policy?
We have a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on almost all of our products, except where noted otherwise and for products that may be listed as an “Exception” (see our Terms of Use). We may also recommend to you other products that might suit your needs and work with you on an exchange. Otherwise, if you are completely dissatisfied with a particular product, we will refund your money. Q: Do you charge sales tax?
We only charge sales tax on any online product orders placed by customers located in California. Also, sales tax is charged for any product orders placed at our live events, regardless of the state in which the purchaser resides. As of July 1, 2014, this is charged at a rate of 9%.
Q: What if the product I received is defective?
If the product you receive is defective for any reason, please contact us at 1-866-754-6477 or by e-mail at orders@ultimateestateplanner.com and we will send a replacement right away.
Q: I lost my product. Can I get a replacement?
Yes, but depending on the product and when you placed the order, a fee may apply.
ELECTRONICALLY DELIVERABLE PRODUCTS
- If you placed your order within 30 days, you can access the download at no additional charge.
- If over 30 days have passed since you placed your order, there will be a $15 fee to access the download again.
PHYSICALLY DELIVERED PRODUCTS
- There will be a $25 replacement fee and any applicable shipping and handling charges.
