Q: I’m trying to place an order and it keeps declining my credit card. Why is it doing this? What do I do? Don’t worry. There can be a few reasons why this is happening. Majority of the time, it’s an issue with respect to the credit card billing address. This may not necessarily be your office address. So, first step is to double check that you have the correct credit card billing address entered. Also, double-check that your credit card information was entered in correctly:
- Name on the card
- Credit card type (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover)
- Credit card number
- Expiration date
- CID (3 or 4-digit security code)
If you are still having trouble, you can either try a different credit card or you might want to contact your credit card company. If this is the first time you are using this particular credit card with us, your credit card may be denying the charge as a form of fraud protection since they do not recognize us.
Q: Is it safer if I place my order by phone with you?
Honestly, it doesn’t make a difference to us. We can process your order with you by phone, but please note that we simply utilize our own internet connection and place an online order for you (similarly if you were to do it on your own). So, if you feel more comfortable ordering from us by phone than on your own computer, simply give us a call at 1-866-754-6477.
Q: Can I pay by check?
Yes and no, as it depends on the product. For all monthly subscriptions and payment plans, you will need to pay by credit card. If you wish to register for a teleconference, we must receive your check payment prior to the program. Handout materials and dial-in information will not be provided until check payment has been received. The check amount should reflect any CA sales tax and/or shipping and handling that may apply to your order. To send in payment by check, mail a check made payable to “The Ultimate Estate Planner, Inc.” to 212 Yacht Club Way, Suite A-7, Redondo Beach, CA 90277.
Q: Why are you requesting Shipping Address and you aren’t shipping anything to me?
We do this for two reasons. First, so we can have your company’s shipping address in case we ever do need to ship or send you something in the mail. But, second (and more importantly), because this option typically brings light to most of our customers that the billing address section may be different than the shipping address. Since our customers are mostly professionals, they often have different billing addresses for their credit card (such as their home or personal address). We don’t want to send you anything work-related to your home address (unless you prefer it to be that way).
Q: I’ve bought stuff from you guys before. How come every time I do so, I have to enter in my information each time?
This is for your safety and protection. We do not retain any payment information of our customers and do not require any type of log-in to our website to purchase products or register for teleconferences with us.
Q: How will my product order be delivered?
It depends on what you ordered. If your product is supposed to be delivered digitally (via online download), you will receive a notice following your purchase about how to download your product. If you are supposed to be shipped your product, product orders are typically processed within 24 hours and ship within 5 to 7 business days via USPS 2-Day Priority Mail. Any Premium Teleconference orders will be sent within 3 to 5 business days following the teleconference broadcast.
