Where Is Your Estate Planning Practice Headed?
October is an opportune time to step back and ask a question that can get lost in the demands of serving clients: Is your practice on track to finish this year the way you want?
If you wait until December to look closely at your numbers, staffing, systems, and marketing, the opportunity to improve your fourth-quarter results may have passed. Looking now also gives you time to decide what needs to change longer term and begin putting a plan into action at the start of next year.
This is especially important if you’ve already built a successful estate planning practice and a team to help support it—but have reached a point where working harder no longer seems to move the firm forward. What needs attention first, second and third? And how do you get past the obstacles that have kept you at your current level?
You don’t have to sort through those decisions alone.
I’m offering a small number of established estate planning attorneys a complimentary, private Practice Analysis. During our 20-minute Zoom session, we’ll focus on where your practice stands, what may be holding it back, and which next steps deserve your attention.
This is similar to the private consultations I conduct at our live Ultimate Level event. You’ll benefit from what I’ve learned building my own estate planning practice, as well as helping other attorneys improve theirs over the past 30-plus years.
How to request a Practice Analysis
- Answer a few preliminary questions so we can determine whether the session is a good fit for your practice.
- If you qualify, our team will contact you to schedule your Zoom session and send you a detailed practice questionnaire.
- Return your completed questionnaire at least 48 hours before we meet. I’ll review your answers in advance so we can make our 20 minutes as effective as possible.
My appointment schedule is limited. If you’re ready to take a serious look at your practice while there’s still time to influence this year’s results—and enter next year with a clearer sense of direction—start with the preliminary questions today.
