Your registration includes a comprehensive package to ensure you get the most out of your experience:

• Breakfast and Lunch on Thursday and Friday
• Full-Day Live Presentations on Thursday and Friday

• Welcome Reception (Happy Hour) on Thursday, following the sessions—great for networking and unwinding

Please note that travel to/from the event, hotel accommodations, dinners, and any incidentals are not included in your registration fee and are the responsibility of the attendee.

Absolutely! Bringing key staff members or associate attorneys with you can greatly enhance the value of your experience. When your team attends alongside you, you get their input and "buy-in" from the start, which means you won’t have to spend time explaining and deciphering your notes after the event. When is the latest I can register additional members?

You can add staff or associate attorneys to your registration as late as 30 to 45 days prior to the event (subject to availability).

We recommend arriving by the end of the day on Wednesday before The Ultimate Level begins to ensure you’re fully prepared and ready to dive in.

If you’re within driving distance of the event location, we highly encourage you to stay at the event hotel. This will allow you to experience the full impact of the 2-day event and ensure you don’t miss any valuable content or networking opportunities.

Since we kick off bright and early on Thursday morning, it’s important to be at the venue and ready to go so you can start strong and maximize your experience from the very first session.

On the final day of The Ultimate Level (Friday), we have an action-packed schedule planned, but the day will conclude no later than 4:00 PM local time. The afternoon will feature your individual consultation followed by an interactive implementation session—an experience you won’t want to miss!

If you're flying home, we strongly recommend booking your return flight for Saturday or staying through the weekend and departing on Sunday for a more relaxed travel experience.

If you prefer to leave on Friday, we advise booking your flight no earlier than 7:00 PM local time to ensure you have enough time to wrap up your session and travel to the airport without stress.

No, you are not required to purchase any additional products or services to gain value from attending our events. However, we believe that true results come from the right combination of strategy, tools, and coaching.

While The Ultimate Level provides valuable strategies and essential tools for success, the most successful attendees typically enhance their experience by also investing in additional tools and implementation coaching. These are available at a special discounted rate when purchased at the event, giving you the opportunity to further accelerate your progress and achieve even greater results.

We understand that plans can change, so we’ve designed our cancellation and refund policy to be fair while covering the necessary expenses related to hosting our events. Here’s how it works:

• 🔹 Cancellation 45 Days Before the Event:
  If you cancel at least 45 days before the event, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee.
• 🔹 Cancellation Within 45 Days of the Event:
  After the 45-day window, we incur non-refundable expenses, and cancellation becomes more challenging. However, if you or The Ultimate Estate Planner, Inc. can find another firm to take your place, we may offer:
  • A partial or full refund of your registration fee, or
  • The option to transfer your registration to another event within the next 12 months.

This flexibility ensures that we can cover any direct costs associated with your registration and keep things fair for all participants.

If you attend both days of The Ultimate Level event and are not completely satisfied, we offer a full refund at the conclusion of the event.
