If your credit card payment isn’t going through, here are a few common reasons and steps to resolve the issue:

  • STEP 1: Double-Check Your Credit Card Information Entered
    The most frequent cause of declined payments is a billing address mismatch. Ensure that the billing address entered matches the one associated with your credit card. Keep in mind that your billing address may be your home address rather than your business address.  Also check the following: Name on the Card, Credit Card Type, Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, CID (3- or 4-digit security code).
  • STEP 2: Contact Your Bank
    If this is your first purchase with us, your bank may be declining the charge as a fraud prevention measure. Call your bank to:

    • Authorize the charge from The Ultimate Estate Planner, Inc.
    • Confirm your balance and available credit
    • Ensure your card is not restricted for online transactions
