Marty Shenkman has made available his almost 100 pages of notes from the 42nd Annual Notre Dame Tax and Estate Planning Institute held this past October 2016. He has summarized more than half of the presentations at this year’s Institute and the topics addressed include: a review of current developments (FLPs, CRATs, CRUTs, will execution, spousal right of election, in terrorem clauses, etc.), planning for aging clients, modern trust drafting, structuring note sale transactions, religion and estate planning, attorney client privilege, and much more.
