Phil holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Tax Law and is a California State Bar Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law. He has also earned the prestigious designations of Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC). Widely recognized as the “Seminar King,” Phil revolutionized the estate planning industry by pioneering seminar marketing. Over the course of his career, he has delivered more than 3,000 seminars, sharing his expertise with professionals and clients alike. Through The Ultimate Estate Planner, Phil has been instrumental in elevating the standards of the estate planning and financial planning industries, personally training thousands of attorneys and financial planners to achieve greater success.

Kristina Schneider is a Practice Success Coach and the lead speaker, trainer, and coach at The Ultimate Estate Planner, Inc. With over 20 years of experience, she specializes in empowering law firms to enhance their practice management and marketing strategies. Through her dynamic coaching and speaking engagements, Kristina provides innovative solutions to help attorneys and their teams achieve greater success, efficiency, and growth. Kristina earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Pepperdine University in 2004. She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, with graduation anticipated in 2025.
Kirsten Allen
Director Of Operations
Kirsten Allen has been an integral part of The Ultimate Estate Planner, Inc. since March 2015. Starting as an Administrative Assistant, she quickly advanced to become the Director of Operations and Executive Assistant to Philip Kavesh. Kirsten plays a vital role in ensuring the company’s daily operations run seamlessly while also taking on key responsibilities such as organizing and facilitating the 2-day Ultimate Level event, recruiting support staff for law firms, and providing Executive Assistant training and coaching. Kirsten earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, in 2012. In addition to her leadership roles, she frequently collaborates with Kristina Schneider, traveling for in-person consultations and representing the company at industry conferences and speaking engagements.
Roxana Hernandez
Administrative Assistant
Roxana Hernandez has been a valued team member of The Ultimate Estate Planner, Inc. since August 2019. Her key responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, managing order processing, coordinating educational events, and providing support to Kristina Schneider. Roxana plays a vital role in the company’s daily operations, ensuring clients receive timely assistance with their inquiries and product orders. Roxana earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Los Angeles, in 2015.
