Q: How do I view your upcoming teleconference schedule?
Simply click the Teleconferences option on the left column or the Upcoming Schedule option underneath the Teleconference menu at the top.

Q: How do I register for a teleconference?
The easiest way to register for one of our teleconferences is to register online by simply clicking on the program you wish to attend and towards the bottom of the information page, you will have the option to register online by adding the teleconference to your cart.
If you have other events or products you wish to register for, you can simple press the “Continue Shopping” button in your cart and you will be redirected to our website, where you can then add other teleconferences or products to your cart before you check out.
You can also call us at 1-866-754-6477 (our hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm Pacific Time).

Q: When I’m registering online, it keeps declining my credit card. Why is it doing this? What do I do?
Don't worry. 99.9% of the time, a customer’s order is declined because our online ordering system requires that the address entered match the credit card’s billing address. This may not necessarily be your office address.
First, double check that the address entered in matches the credit card billing address. If your billing address differs from your office address, select the "Ship to a Different Address" (even if you don't have anything being shipped to you) and you can enter in your office address. We will retain this address for our records.
Also, double-check that your credit card information was entered in correctly:
- Name on the card
- Credit card type (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover)
- Credit card number
- Expiration date
If you are still having trouble, you can either try a different credit card or call us at 1-866-754-6477. You may also wish to call your credit card company and make sure that there isn’t an issue on their end.

Q: When is the latest I can register for a program?
We have attendees that register right up to the time the program begins (and even a few major procrastinators that register shortly after the teleconference has started!).
Since majority of our teleconferences are available for purchase after the program has taken place, you can register for a teleconference at any time. However, to avoid any delays or complications, we recommend that you try to register as soon as possible. Keep in mind that our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm Pacific Time (which often times means that we are not available until 30 minutes before most of our programs begin at 9am Pacific Time).
Also, to help avoid any delays in getting the dial-in instructions and handout materials, we recommend that you register online if possible.

Q: I have a conflict and cannot attend your scheduled teleconference. Can I still register and get the handout materials and audio recording?
Yes, provided that the particular teleconference you wish to purchase is recorded and available for purchase after the program has taken place. You will need to look at the individual teleconference details to confirm what is included with program registration.

Q: How much are your teleconferences?
Our teleconferences vary in pricing, but typically run anywhere from $129 to $199. This registration fee typically includes: live participation for one(1) office location, program handout materials, downloadable MP3 audio recording, and a Certificate of Completion (see question below regarding Continuing Education).

Q: We have multiple people in our office that want to listen in on a teleconference. What do we do?
One registration fee includes participation on a live teleconference for everyone in your office provided that all parties are listening in on one(1) telephone line. We recommend that all individuals listening into the teleconference complete a Teleconference Response Form (located at the back of the program handout materials) and fax back to our office at (310)464-3514. This ensures that we have record of the individuals that participated on the live teleconference.
Q: We have one or more satellite offices that want to listen in on a teleconference. What do we do?
If you have the means of connecting multiple telephone lines to one before dialing into the teleconference, you will only need to register one time. Each registration includes one(1) connection to the teleconference. If you are unable to do so, each office location will need to register for the program.

Q: Can I bring in other local professionals to listen in on your teleconference?
Absolutely (and this is even encouraged). We have several customers that utilize our teleconferences as a means of gathering local referral sources together and having them come to their office to listen in on our teleconferences. Keep in mind, your teleconference registration gives you one(1) connection to the teleconference so you can participate whether it is just you listening in or you have a room full of 20 other professionals participating.

Q: Do you guys offer Continuing Education credit?
As of January 1, 2012, we currently do not offer Continuing Education credit for our teleconferences.
We are not registered sponsors with any regulatory agencies (State Bar, NASBA or the CFP® Board) and none of our teleconferences have been approved by any regulatory agencies. We are looking to add this feature to our teleconferences later this year.
On most of our teleconferences, we offer a Certificate of Completion for those professionals that can self-report CE to their regulatory agencies. Those individuals looking to self-report CE are encouraged to complete and fax in a Teleconference Response Form to ensure record on our end of participation.

Q: Are your programs teleconference only or webinars?
As of January 1, 2012, our programs are done in teleconference only format and do not require a computer or internet connection during the program.
Q: When will I receive the dial-in information?
Following your teleconference registration, you will be given the opportunity to download a PDF document containing Teleconference Instructions. This will include the instructions for dialing into the teleconference on the day of the event.
Q: When will I receive the handout materials?
Handout materials are typically not available until two(2) business days prior to the day of the teleconference. An e-mail reminder will be sent from us containing a link to download the program materials. The Teleconference Instructions PDF document downloaded at the time of registration also contains a link to where materials may be downloaded.

Q: When will the audio recording be available to download and how do I download it?
The audio recording is typically available for download by 5pm Pacific Time on the same day of the teleconference. An e-mail will be sent to all registered attendees with a link to where the audio recording can be downloaded. To download the audio recording, simply press “Download Audio Recording” button and you will be given the option to save the audio recording to your computer.

Q: What will I need the day of the event to participate?
On the day of the teleconference, you will only need to have a telephone line available. Attendees are encouraged to have the teleconference handout materials printed in front of them during the program to take notes. Also, the Question & Answer session is done in an e-mail format, so if you wish to participate in Q&A, you will want to have access to e-mail in your questions.

Q: Do I have to complete a Teleconference Response Form after the event?
Participants are not required to complete and submit to us a Teleconference Response Form. This is simply to help us identify our customer’s interests and areas for improvement. Attendees looking to self-report CE are encouraged to submit a Teleconference Response Form (especially for multiple attendees from one site).
Q: What is the Certificate of Completion for?
As a courtesy to those that are self-reporting CE for our teleconferences, we provide a Certificate of Completion for their records. Any attendees looking to self-report CE using the Certificate of Completion are encouraged to submit a Teleconference Response Form after the program (especially for multiple attendees from one site).
Q: We have multiple people in our office. How do we make sure each attendee is accounted for?
Each attendee can print out handout materials (including a Teleconference Response Form and Certificate of Completion for self-reporting CE). On the day of the event, attendees should gather where one telephone line can dial in to the program (or connect via conference line to one line that is dialing in to the program). We recommend that all attendees submit a Teleconference Response Form following the program and fax over complete Teleconference Response Forms us at (310)464-3514.

Q: I am not completely happy with a teleconference I participated on. What is your refund policy?
Our customers vary in their level of expertise of a particular subject. It is our goal to do our best to be as detailed as possible in the description of programs so that those interested in those topics can determine if the program is appropriate for their level of knowledge. We understand that there are times where people may not, for whatever reason, be completely happy with a particular teleconference.
Due to the nature of our programs, we are unable to provide full money-back refunds for those that are not completely satisfied; however, it is our goal to make our customers happy. We will provide attendees a credit towards another program of his or her choosing of equal or less value. Please contact us immediately after a teleconference at 1-866-754-6477 to discuss further.

Q: I have accessed the download page, but when I try to download the handout materials or the audio recording, it doesn't seem to work. HELP!
When you click on the Download PDF icon or the Download MP3 icon, a new window should pop up. If your internet browser has some kind of pop up blocker enabled, it may be preventing you from accessing the handout materials and/or the audio recording. You can either disable it or allow pop ups from our website. You can also right click on the icon and select the option to save the file ("Save link as..." or "Save target as..."). This should prompt you to select the destination on your computer to download the file (which we recommend you download to your desktop for ease in locating the file after it has finished downloading).
If you continue to have problems downloading the handout materials or the audio recording, contact us at 1-866-754-6477.

Q: Do you have any tips for getting onto the teleconference on the day of the program?
Absolutely! See below for some tips on getting onto the teleconference on the day of the program.
- Download the handout materials as soon as possible to ensure no delays in any complication that may arise in download the handout materials or printing them out.
- Make sure that you have access to a telephone line (one telephone line per registration and your line will be muted, so if you wish to be on speakerphone or listen my mobile, don’t worry about any background noise).
- About 5 minutes prior to the starting time of the teleconference, dial into the program to avoid any delays from other attendees logging into the call. The telephone number and access code can be found on the first page of your handout materials.
- You will hear a musical hold until the program is about to begin. If, for some reason, you need any assistance while on the call, you can press *0 to access a telephone operator to assist you.
