Kirsten Allen has been with The Ultimate Estate Planner, Inc. since March 2015.  She was initially hired for receptionist coverage, customer service, order processing and fulfillment, and a variety of other administrative support tasks.   In 2016, Kirsten was promoted to the Executive Assistant to the President and primarily assists our President, Philip Kavesh, in his daily tasks and the management of his calendar.  In addition, she is still assisting with customer service, order processing and fulfillment, and other administrative tasks around the office.

Kirsten received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at California State University, Long Beach in 2012. Born and raised in the South Bay, she enjoys her time hiking in Palos Verdes, running on the beach, baking, cooking, wine tasting and playing with her Labrador Roxy. You might also catch her enjoying piña coladas and getting caught in the rain.
